Voxman Music Building celebrates musical performance at every turn, embracing a collaborative and exploratory student-driven model of education that treats every space as performance space.

Located in Dockside Village, the 17,000-square-foot waterfront venue features a sandy beach area, live music, and a 450-seat restaurant. It is known for its allergy-friendly menu and, notably, is owned by Lucy Buffett, sister of the late musician Jimmy Buffett.

LuLu’s North Myrtle Beach

The Statler Dallas originally opened in 1956 and was the first major hotel built in Dallas. The hotel’s opening inspired celebrities and locals to gather together for a four day celebration. Through preservation efforts and the help of state and federal tax credits, The Statler Dallas, was restored to its former glory in 2017.

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) undertook a major renovation of its Chicago headquarters, located at 430 N. Michigan Ave. Completed around 2019, the project modernized the 12-story building, enhanced the facade with full-height glazing, updated the lobby and fitness center, and renovated office spaces to improve the workspace for employees.
